That is an IVR issue (based on recordings). The affiliate platform will be able to help you with that. The clicks will not match the number of calls. You are still paying for the click, not the call. The difference between clicks and calls is known as the PTR (phone through rate). 4 clicks and 1 call = 25% PTR. 10 clicks and 6 calls = 60% PTR. Ideally, you want to have a campaign start at 50% PTR and increase from there.
