Your description line has to be 35 or less as required by Google. If you try to do Dynamic KW insertion with a 36+ character line, it will error out like this. Your website should not have an index.php inside the URL. I have no idea why you have that, nor how to fix it. I can only say to follow the site build the way I show to help with this.
