It might be that there is not enough call volume and your KW process may be off. Check Coaching Call #3 and Ms. Jeanne's case study part 3 for KW Robot Syndrome to help with this.
So you may review the training and start optimizing based on what is taught. KWs is 80% of the heavy lifting here. Check your search terms to see what people are typing in and to reveal their intent. You can't make intelligent decisions on data you don't have yet. Look for clear patterns that show in your data. If you need examples, look at coaching call #8 and #9.
