Affiliate Offer & Local Vertical Selection

Which offer is more "reliable" to produce a result?

All offers will require money. Yes, you can start as small as you want, but please be aware that you will be driving low call volume with low ad spend. That said, out of what you submitted for review, the best for you right now in your situation would be 3 day blinds. Water damage is way too expensive for you to jump in at this point in time.

If I double the daily budget, would that cut the time needed to collect data in half-ish?

Doubling the budget does nothing if there isn't any volume to fill the spend.

Do I have to get authorized from all the Affiliate Networks to make your model work?

No, the more the better though if you're going the affiliate route.

Which would be the easiest way for me to call the US from Germany, via SKYPE?

Skype sounds good. Any VOIP that will dial US and Canada should work just fine.

[Affiliate Network] sent me a message saying - "Unfortunately we require our publishers to have at least 6 months of prior experience”. What should I do?

You need to let them know about your experience with SEO to pay per call leads. Site setup, locking down business, etc. The more experience you have at ANY lead generation that's mentioned to them along with who you're WORKING with (not training with) should open the door for you

I’m asked for references of other pay per call networks. What should I answer to this question?

Give them references or 2 approvals to the networks you are approved in. Not approved at other networks? Wait until you are and then submit the approval info of other networks to them.

Can you please give me a range of traffic that I might produce so I can give them an estimate?

You will not be limited on what you can spend in Adwords. Your range will depend on a lot of things that cannot be answered other than to say at least a few hundred calls a month. Tell them in your application, that you'll have a better idea in a couple of weeks, when you look at the math of the offers inside their network.

What do I submit as a creative?

Creatives is the Ad Copy and the Landing Page. This would not include dynamic KW insertion. If you're talking about submitting a creative to Astoria (for example), it would be your Call Only Ad. If it is for a Review Request here, there is a support article detailing how to Request a review for Ad Copy (creative).

Should I stay away if the Client can’t provide specific Geo information?

Affiliate networks aren't going to do the work for you. If they provide you with General Geo information, such as "All over the US", then it is up to you to research and find out what the better zip codes are or will be.

What does "Room for Growth" for an offer mean?

Most offers start on a lower payout "with room to grow" based on call quality and volume. Not all offers fit this description. Use your own words (not how I describe the process) for asking about pay bumps.

Should I take a pass on offers with 2 to 4 dollar payouts?

Some of the most profitable offers are lower payouts. It depends on what you pay per call. Also, that could just be a starting point for payout. Talk with your AM to find out more details.

What things should I look into, number of searches, CPC, anything?

Things to look for: Good profit margins on service/product from client to customer Business uses the phone to do business Urgent needs for business Pick a vertical and go. The whole point of using call only ads is so you can find the right vertical faster than SEO path. Then come back and build SEO to take over organic and paid. Starting with call only ads, you'll know right away if there is enough of a market for your vertical or not.

I'm worried about over-saturation issues of the Affiliate offer. Would you recommend me choosing another niche?

My concerns would be more towards the peak season of the Offer. Saturation shouldn't become an issue. If you go after Local clients, it's definitely not an issue that will come up in the near future.

I just applied to the first affiliate that didn't expressly say they wanted 6 months of pay per call experience. What should I expect?

There are affiliate networks that will take you on as brand new, but they still want to know your experience, much like a job interview. They want to know who they are letting into their network (due to so many affiliate network scam runners out there). The selling point is more than valid

Do I have to get phone numbers and Ad set up before, in order to fill out the Creatives so that I may get approved?

You can use a placeholder Ad copy and a fake phone number when applying to an offer on an affiliate network. When you create your ads inside Adwords, you'll need the actual number you're using (and have it on the web page you have made as well). No placeholders for Adwords or your ads will be disapproved.

My application was denied. Should I just reapply?

Reach out to them and try to find out why the application was denied before reapplying. Phone calls work very well here.

Some Affiliate Platforms do not offer Dynamic Keyword Insertion for certain offers. Are there work-arounds for this?

You may inquire with your AM about this. Work arounds don't exist for affiliate offers on not being able to use dynamic KW insertion ads.

How likely is it that affiliates are actually going to approve my application?

Once the requirements are all met, followed by a call or email contact, it is very likely.

Would you advise applying to all of the Affiliate Platforms at the beginning or are there some that you would advise applying to after gaining some experience?

Once all the requirements are met, apply to as many as possible; following up with them, preferably with a phone call.

They're all pretty flexible if you have the relationship built with them. That always takes a little time, and the bigger the payout, the easier it will be for you to request faster returns on future payouts.

Do I implement the conversion code directly into the clients website for tracking? For example like a re-marketing code?

Should I do local Call Only Ads for another niche?

It's possible Call Only Ads are not designed for businesses that don't NEED a call. Urgency is key. If you can find urgency and higher intent KWs for your Niche, then by all means, go for it. If not, start looking at verticals where urgency is almost implied or buyer intent is much higher and in service/product is in greater demand. Our software drop will be able to drive calls for you through regular web traffic (paid or SEO) and generate a phone call. Regular web traffic is more suited to ...

How would you handle Clients that miss almost all their Calls plus received a few unqualified Calls but never put in a request for swapping out Calls and then they do a chargeback?

Get a new client, a client that understands the value of leads in general and the high value in your live phone call leads. If you have to sell someone on the idea of leads, you're targeting the wrong people. Right now, there are way too many people that need/want leads and will appreciate the high quality you can deliver on. Focus on those people.

Is this a good offer?

An offer is an offer. Find new KW ideas that others don't put the extra effort in to find. This is what it's all about. If you switch up now, you'll have to start your learning curve all over again. This is why many successful members are going after one vertical at a time. Mastery, plain and simple. Decide on what vertical you want, and then commit to making it happen.

How do I know which offer is more "reliable" to produce a result?

All offers will require money. Yes, you can start as small as you want, but please be aware that you will be driving low call volume with low ad spend. The entire training is a process that can be used for affiliate offers and local clients. Everything is the same from there on, affiliate or local.

Am I missing something as to why [Affiliate Partner] pays so much more for a much shorter duration call?

[Affiliate Partner] is pretty great at getting better deals on payouts initially than other affiliate networks. Where the true test comes in (with all pay per call affiliate offers) is in split testing the offers (for conversion rates). Once you have conversion rates (from your data), then you'll know which offer is more profitable, regardless of payout. You can run a split test with running two offers at once in the same campaign (using the round robin feature in Kallzu 2.0 call tracking softwa...

In a vertical like Appliance Repair what would you consider a "premium lead"? Is it based on appliance?

This comes from your market research, but I can tell you from experience that it would most likely be types of appliances AND brands that would command a premium price on a lead. Every client you have will have a different set of appliances/brands they do/do not work on, etc.

Would you say from experience, it's worth going after businesses in Niches where the numbers are there, even though it's not the normal niches mentioned within the training?

It can be if the margins are right for you and the client. Watch Coaching Call #10 (https://kallzu.zendesk.com/agent/tickets/10), as it goes over selecting a vertical in great detail. This Affiliate Network doesn't seem to have any offers with Urgency. Is there something on their Site that is worth pursuing?

We encourage you to apply to multiple networks. If you aren't getting approved, there may be a reason for that.
