Start with the Companies Tab
Create a new company
Company Name - your client's company name OR
the Niche - Client Number in that Area - Location (e.g. HVAC 1 - Englewood, New Jersey That way, if and when you have succeeding clients in the same niche and area, you can easily identify them as HVAC 2 - Englewood, New Jersey)
First Name / Last Name - your client's
Phone Lead Forwarding - your client's phone number which they will use to answer the calls generated from your ad
Cell Phone - your client's mobile phone number which will receive the weekly billing reminders
Email Lead Forwarding - your client's email address where email leads will be sent. (Note: This is used by SEO members, not Ads)
FINANCIAL LEAD SETTINGS:
Business Model - Either Pay Per Lead which we recommend OR Flat Price which means the company pays the agreed price regardless of the number of leads they receive
Billing Type - Either Prepaid or Postpaid but we highly recommend Prepaid
Qualified Call Duration - The number of seconds a call has to last for it to qualify. This depends on your niche and your agreement with the client
Price per Phone Lead - The price you charge per phone lead. This depends on your niche and your agreement with the client
Price per Email Lead - The price you charge per email lead, which is usually lower than phone lead. This depends on your niche and your agreement with the client. (Note: This does not apply to Kallzu Ads so just leave it blank.)
Returning Leads - If turned ON, the client will not be charged for repeat callers
Price/phone lead - Set to 0 if you don't want clients to be charged for repeat callers. Otherwise, customize
Price/email lead - Set to 0 if you don't want clients to be charged for repeat emails. Otherwise, customize
Notification Threshold - For Prepaid clients, indicate a dollar amount (e.g. $100) as a threshold. When company prepaid balance falls under this amount, a notification will be sent to the client
Minimum Deposit Amount - If set, the client will not be allowed to deposit less than the amount indicated here
Preferred Currency - Customizable according to the location of the client
BILLING ADDRESS: indicate the client's billing information
ALERTS & EXCEPTIONS:
Qualified Lead Alert (Call) - Email, SMS, both or none. If set, an alert will be sent to the client every time a qualified call lead comes in
Qualified Lead Alert (Email) - Turn on to send SMS Alert when an email lead is received
Invoice SMS Reminder - Turn ON if you want an SMS reminder for billing. (Usually does not apply to Prepaid clients)
Suspension - If turned ON, a client with an overdue invoice will stop receiving calls
Missed/ Busy Calls - Select what Kallzu 2.0 should do when a call is missed, gets a busy signal, or not answered by the client
Voice Message to Caller - The recorded voice message will be played to the caller when the call is missed or not answered. (Enter a text or .mp3 file URL)
Call Assistant Monitor - If turned ON, your client will have access to call assistant performance module
ADD COMPANY - will save all the information entered above
Next, go to the CAMPAIGNS Tab
Title - You can put Location and Niche (e.g. New Jersey - HVAC Pay Per Call)
Default Phone - The phone number you want to receive the leads WHEN your client's account is suspended
Default Email - The email address you want to receive the leads WHEN your client's account is suspended (Leave blank for Kallzu Ads)
Companies - Here is where you attached the Company/ies you created to the Campaign. Just type the name you assigned to the company and the choices should automatically pop up for you to select)
Call Forwarding - Either One Company, Round Robin, or Multiple Companies forwarding.
- One Company - forwards the lead to just one company.
- Round Robin - the calls will be forwarded in the order you add companies to the campaign.
- Multiple Companies - all the phone numbers will be ringing at the same time but the first phone to answer will receive the call.
Email Forwarding - Leave blank for Kallzu Ads
Fallback Forwarding - Where you want the calls to be sent when none of the companies are available. Usually set to Default Phone.
ROI Tracking - Turn ON if you want to keep track of ROI (Click on Learn More for details).
ADD CAMPAIGN - Will save all the information entered above
Then proceed to the NUMBERS tab (At this point, you should already have purchased numbers from Twilio and set them up)
Select the number and click EDIT on Select Actions
Forward To - Indicate the Campaign you just created (the Campaign you want to forward this tracking number to e.g. New Jersey - HVAC Pay Per Call)
Call Whisper - This will play on receiver's end (your client) You can either enter text or an .MP3 file URL (e.g. Call from Joanne's PayPer Call Company)
Caller Message - This will play on caller's end. You can either enter text or an .MP3 file URL. The call will not initiate until the message ends so keep it short (or blank)
Voicemail Message - Message for the caller when the call goes to voicemail. Text or URL to an Mp3 file is supported. (E.g. We are currently helping a customer. A technician will call you back in a couple of minutes. Thank you.)
Call Recording - Turn ON
Record From Ring - Turn ON
Mask Caller ID - Leave OFF
Bypass Blacklist - Leave OFF
Call Timeout - Use this option only when calls are dropping as no-answer before the voicemail can pick them up. The default is 30.
Click on UPDATE NUMBER
NOTE: This is the number that should appear in your ad and on your ugly site.
That's the entire process of setting up a direct client in Kallzu 2.0
